Birthday Club members will receive a $15 Gift Certificate to use in the Bernina Sewing Center during the month of their birth date. Gift Certificates expire at the end of their birth month. Customers are eligible for Gift Certificates each year during the month of their birth.

Members of this club may use our key tag shopping card to record amounts of their purchases to earn savings on future purchases. For every $250 accumulated in purchases at the Bernina Sewing Center, club members will receive a $25 bonus off their next store purchase. Accumulation record will be cleared after the member takes advantage of the $25 bonus. Bonuses can accumulate until redeemed. The key tag shopping card must be used to accumulate $250 in purchases to earn the $25 bonus.
