Save time! Take advantage of our Drop-off Service

Bernina Sewing Center in St. Marys is delighted to announce a unique partnership with area businesses. Three businesses in the surrounding area have agreed to be official Bernina Sewing Center drop-off sites for Bernina sewing machine repair.

Now you can drop off your Bernina machine at one of these sewing and quilting shops where it will be picked up and brought to Bernina Sewing Center to receive professional service from a Bernina-certified technician. Your machine will be delivered back to the drop-off site for you to pick up.

Anyone may drop off machines for service at the above locations. Staff from Bernina Sewing Center will pick up machines from those locations on the appropriate days, as outlined above.

Check-in Procedure:

1. Fill out service tag provided by drop-off site completely.

2. Tear off claim check and keep. You must have claim check in order to collect your machine after it has been cleaned and returned.

3. All communication regarding your repair must be directed to Bernina Sewing Center in St. Marys (you may call 419-394-1111). The drop-off site is not responsible for answering your questions regarding your machine service.

4. Bernina Sewing Center will contact you when your machine is done and let you know when it will be available for pick-up.

5. Bring your claim check to collect your machine from the drop-off site.

6. Payment for repairs must be made at the drop-off site in cash or check only. To use a credit card for payment, arrangements must be made with Bernina Sewing Center prior to pick-up.

The following items must be with your machine when you drop it off for service. Without these items, service to your machine will not be completed as quickly. Please help us ensure quick and proper service for your machine by including these additional items.
